Terms of sale
1. These terms
This store is operated by SARRATT OFFICE SUPPLIES LIMITED (Company No. 05163244), Unit 4 Kings Park Industrial Estate, Primrose Hill, Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, WD4 8ST. By staging a manifest and contacting the order desk you agree to these terms of sale.
2. Products
We sell physical office supplies: archive boxes, desk trays, labels, paper and pen cups. Product photographs are representative; minor variation in colour and packaging can occur between production runs.
3. Prices and currency
All prices, dispatch charges and refunds on this store are stated and settled in US dollars (USD, $). A flat dispatch charge of $12.00 USD applies per manifest. Prices may change but the price confirmed on your manifest is the price you pay.
4. Orders and payment
Online card checkout is not live yet — payment provider pending. Staging a manifest is a request, not a completed purchase. We confirm stock and total in USD and arrange payment with you directly before dispatch. No card details are taken on this website.
5. Dispatch and risk
Goods are dispatched from our Hertfordshire unit by tracked courier. Risk passes to you on delivery. Delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates.
6. Returns
Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Refunds of the goods value are made in USD once the return is received and checked, as set out in our Shipping & Returns page.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the value of the goods supplied. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
