Dispatch
Every manifest is pulled from open racking at our Hertfordshire unit, boxed flat and handed to a tracked ground courier. You receive tracking by email once the box leaves the dock. A single flat dispatch rate of $12.00 USD applies per manifest regardless of the number of lines.
Delivery estimates
Orders are picked and boxed within two working days. Ground courier transit typically adds a further two to five working days depending on the destination. Estimates are provided in good faith and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
Returns
Unused supplies in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Email support@sarattoffice.shop with your manifest reference to arrange a return. Once we receive and check the goods, the item value is refunded in USD to the original settlement method. Flat dispatch charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Payment provider pending
Online card checkout is not live on this store yet. Stage your supplies on the manifest and send it to the order desk; we will confirm stock, dispatch and payment directly before anything ships. No card details are taken on this site.
