When you send a manifest or contact the order desk we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the supplies you asked about. We do not take card or bank details on this website.
How we use it
We use your details to confirm stock, prepare a dispatch, arrange payment directly with you, and respond to enquiries. We do not sell your data or use it for automated profiling.
Sharing
We share delivery details with the courier that carries your box. We do not otherwise share your personal data except where required by law.
Retention
Order and enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you. Email support@sarattoffice.shop and we will respond within a reasonable period.
